It has always been our policy to give the first hour of service to new customers for free (with a two hour minimum) to give you the opportunity, to become familiar with us. Decide for yourselves if we are a good fit for your needs.
We strive to keep your costs down, by being expediant,cost aware and consisitantly working at giving the best value possible. We do not up sell. As part of our "Philosophy" we are not about "Selling" to our clients. We are happy to aquire hardware and software upon request, but we are a service company not a salses organization.
For an onging clients, you will receive our discounted rate.
Rates are based upon time of day: Daytime, Evening, Weekend, or Holidays etc. and we reserve the right to bill at full rate, but we do our best to fullfill our ongoing clients needs at our baserate. Which equates to substantial savings for our clientele.
